About Rise Again Collective

Rise Again Collective is a boutique disability support service providing compassionate, person-centred NDIS support for participants, families and carers.

We understand that starting or changing supports can feel like a big step. Our role is to make the process feel clearer, safer and more manageable by taking the time to listen, understand your needs and help you explore the services and options available to you.

Through NDIS Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, community access and trauma-informed support, we help people build confidence, strengthen independence and move forward at a pace that feels right for them. Our approach is grounded in clear communication, respect for individual choice and genuine human connection.

Because no one rises alone.

The Rise Again Collective Story

Rise Again Collective was founded on a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves to feel supported, understood and empowered to live with choice, dignity and independence.

Lara and James each bring more than 30 years of professional experience across community welfare, disability support, government, operations and leadership. Their combined experience showed them that people navigating complex systems often need more than plans and paperwork. They need clear guidance, genuine connection and support that feels human.

Today, Rise Again Collective works alongside NDIS participants, families and carers navigating disability, mental health challenges, trauma and complex life circumstances. Through NDIS Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching and person-centred disability support, RAC helps people understand their options, build confidence and move forward at a pace that feels right for them.

We understand that progress is not always quick or linear. Sometimes it begins with one steady next step, taken on your own terms and with the right people beside you.

Our Mission

At Rise Again Collective, our mission is to provide compassionate, person-centred and trauma-informed NDIS support that helps participants feel heard, respected and more confident in navigating their options.

Through NDIS Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, we support individuals, families and carers to build independence, strengthen meaningful connections and work towards outcomes that reflect their own goals, needs and circumstances.

  • Dignity and Respect

Every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion and respect, regardless of their circumstances or support needs.

  • Choice and Control

We respect each participant’s right to make informed decisions, express their preferences and remain involved in the supports they receive.

  • Safety and Trust

We aim to create a safe and supportive environment where people feel comfortable asking questions, providing feedback and speaking openly about what matters to them.

  • Clear Communication

We communicate openly, explain information clearly and help participants better understand their NDIS plans, services and available options.

  • Trauma-Informed Support

We recognise that past experiences can shape how a person feels about support. Our approach is sensitive, recovery-focused and tailored to each individual’s goals and circumstances.

  • Connection and Meaningful Outcomes

We focus on support that strengthens independence, builds genuine connections and contributes to meaningful progress in everyday life.

Our approach is built on mutual respect, honest communication and a shared commitment to support that feels personal, practical and empowering.
