Consultancy and Advisory Services

Practical Guidance Informed by Experience

Rise Again Collective provides paid Consultancy and Advisory Services for individuals, service providers and organisations seeking practical, people-focused guidance.

Drawing on extensive experience across disability support, community welfare, leadership, operations and lived experience, Lara and James provide advice tailored to each client’s goals, challenges and circumstances.

What Are Consultancy and Advisory Services?

Consultancy provides dedicated time to explore a specific challenge, project, process or area requiring professional guidance.

Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution, we begin by understanding the situation, identifying priorities and helping clients explore practical next steps.

This service is separate from RAC’s NDIS Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching services.

Who Is It For?

Consultancy and Advisory Services may be suitable for:

  • Individuals seeking practical professional guidance
  • Disability and community service providers
  • Small businesses and growing organisations
  • Managers, team leaders and operational staff
  • Organisations reviewing internal systems or service delivery
  • Providers seeking a more people-focused approach
  • Teams navigating change, growth or operational challenges

Areas We Can Help With

Depending on the client’s needs, consultancy may include guidance around:

  • Leadership and people management
  • Operational systems and everyday processes
  • Team communication and accountability
  • Person-centred and trauma-informed service delivery
  • Participant and client experience
  • Workplace culture and staff support
  • Service improvement and organisational development
  • Managing change, growth or operational challenges
  • Practical problem-solving informed by industry and lived experience

Final consultancy areas can be confirmed after Lara and James review the full service scope.

What You Can Expect

Each engagement begins with a conversation about your goals, current challenges and the outcome you are working towards.

Depending on the project, you may receive:

  • A consultation or strategy session
  • Practical recommendations
  • Review of existing processes or information
  • An agreed action plan
  • Ongoing advisory support
  • Follow-up discussions or implementation guidance

The scope, deliverables and timeframe will be agreed upon before work begins.

How Consultancy Is Delivered

Consultancy may be delivered as a one-off session, a short-term project or ongoing advisory support.

The most suitable format will depend on the nature of the work, the client’s location and the level of support required.

Fees and Payment

Consultancy and Advisory Services are provided as a private paid professional service.

Fees may be charged per session, by project or through an agreed ongoing arrangement. Clients will receive clear information about the scope of work, fees and payment terms before the engagement begins.

Professional Boundaries

Consultancy provided by Rise Again Collective does not replace legal, financial or clinical advice. RAC does not make decisions on behalf of the NDIA and does not currently provide formal auditing services.

Where a request falls outside our professional scope, this will be communicated clearly.
