Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Recovery-Focused Support Built Around You

Living with psychosocial disability can affect many areas of everyday life, including confidence, relationships, routines, decision-making and connection with the community.

Rise Again Collective provides personalised Psychosocial Recovery Coaching to help participants understand their options, strengthen practical skills and work towards goals that are meaningful to them.

What Is Psychosocial Recovery Coaching?

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching is a recovery-focused NDIS support for people living with psychosocial disability.

A recovery coach works alongside the participant to better understand their needs, coordinate supports and develop strategies that may strengthen confidence, independence and everyday wellbeing.

Recovery looks different for every person. Our approach respects your experiences, choices and right to move forward at your own pace.

What You Can Expect

Your experience, priorities and preferences will guide the support you receive.

We take time to listen, explain information clearly and work with you in a way that feels respectful and manageable. Support is trauma-informed, person-centred and focused on the whole person, not only the paperwork.

Progress does not need to be quick or linear. Sometimes it begins with one steady next step.

How Support Is Delivered

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching may include regular consultations, goal planning, practical skill-building, service coordination and communication with people involved in your support network.

The frequency and format of support will be discussed with you and outlined in your service agreement.
