RAC Care Concierge

Practical help, privately arranged around what you need.

Not every need fits neatly within NDIS or Aged Care funding. RAC Care Concierge is a private service for older people, people with disability and families who need practical help organising everyday supports, services and tasks.

Sometimes it is not about finding another funded service. It is about having someone who can help work out what needs to be done, find the right person or service, make the arrangements and keep things moving.

What can RAC Care Concierge help with?

Support can be shaped around the person and their circumstances. This may include:

  • organising shopping, banking or post office tasks
  • arranging lawn care, meal services or other help around the home
  • finding and coordinating suitable support workers or service providers
  • assisting with paperwork and practical tasks, including things such as passport applications
  • helping organise services for someone who may find communication or English difficult
  • connecting people with services such as Meals on Wheels
  • coordinating appointments, errands or other everyday needs that have become difficult to manage alone

The service is designed to be flexible. If there is something you need help organising and you are not sure where to start, RAC can help work through the options with you.

  • Everyday Errands & Admin

  • Practical Life Tasks

Why private concierge support?

Because RAC Care Concierge is privately arranged, the support does not have to fit within the rules or limits of a particular funded program.

This gives RAC more flexibility to focus on the practical problem in front of you and help organise the support that makes sense for your situation.

It can also take some of the pressure off individuals and families who are already juggling multiple responsibilities and do not have the time, confidence or capacity to coordinate everything themselves.

 A practical, hands-on approach

RAC does more than simply provide a list of services and leave you to work through the rest.

We help identify what needs to happen, ask questions, follow up and coordinate the moving parts so there is a clearer way forward.

Tell us what needs organising, and we’ll help work out the next step.
